Mid-term review of the Norwegian development program to combat marine litter and microplastics

With this tender Norad is seeking consultants to review the Norwegian development program to combat marine litter and microplastics. The development program was launched in 2018 with the main aim to prevent and greatly reduce the extent of marine litter from large sources in developing countries. The main purpose of the review is to provide an opportunity for learning, and the review will provide information on progress of the program so far and information to the public on results of the program. The review will also be utilized for informing on the future direction of the program. Norad are seeking consultants with solid competence and experience on project reviews on development aid and with experience within waste management and handling of plastic waste. The review will take place from May to November 2022. Lot 1: With this tender Norad is seeking consultants to review the Norwegian development program to combat marine litter and microplastics.
