Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to the potential appointment of an architectural practice to support the redevelopment of a number of residential sites within the wider Wythenshawe Civic Centre regeneration programme. The opportunity is expected to cover all RIBA Stages, initially focusing on early design stages, and forms part of a wider ambition to deliver high-quality, sustainable homes at scale. This engagement is specifically targeted at experienced architectural practices with proven expertise in large-scale residential development, strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, and demonstrable experience of delivering similar schemes.
