Network Rail High Speed - Operation and Maintenance of Rail Plant

Description

Provision of services for the operation and maintenance of Rail Plant equipment on HS1 infrastructure. This includes configuration and operation of works trains, maintenance of on-track machines, and management of specialised modules. The supplier will be fully responsible for maintenance, performance, and planning of all related tasks. Lot 1: NRHS procured a supplier to deliver comprehensive operation and maintenance services for all Rail Plant equipment on HS1 infrastructure. The scope of work includes: Configuration and operation of works trains to support engineering and maintenance activities. Maintenance of on-track machines to ensure safe and reliable performance. Management of specialised modules required for specific operational tasks. The supplier is responsible for the full lifecycle of these services, including maintenance planning, execution, performance monitoring, and assessment of machinery and modules to maintain operational efficiency and compliance. The contract value is inclusive of estimated CPI increases over the contract duration and an allowance for change and risk contingency.
