The Business would like to appoint a contractor for Building Surveying works to assess the conditions of NHG housing stock; these include houses, flats, internal and external communal areas. The service shall also include Area Drone Survey for aerial imagery of our housing stock, allowing surveyors to establish a comprehensive and accurate condition / advisory report. Additional information: The contract was procured through ProcurePublic, Building and Stock Condition Surveyors Framework (Award Notice 20203/S 000-021386) ; the Framework allows for a direct award. FTT can be directly awarded the contract through this framework as the instruction / scope of the requirements meets the Direct Award criteria.
