Safe removal, transport, and disposal of Classroom Floor Tiles with Asbestos Containing Materials to an authorised facility in accordance with the HSA Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) in Workplaces Practical Guidelines on ACM Management and Abatement from 16 classrooms, 2 corridors and 4 steps approx area 1086m2 Air Monitoring during the asbestos removal works Competent Independent Analysist to complete a visual examination and air sampling of the classrooms prior to issuing a Certificate of Reoccupation (Allow for up to 3 visits) Certificates of reoccupation Waste transfer and Disposal Documentation Requirements of HSA Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) in Workplaces Practical Guidelines on ACM Management and Abatement Leaving classroom in a condition which can be reoccupied by the school Act as PSCS and All Health and Safety Documentation, including CSHSP, AF2, RAMS etc. Currently it is expected that works will take place during the Christmas School Holidays Saturday 20th December 2025 to Sunday 4th January 2026 and February Mid Term Break Saturday 14th February to Saturday 21st February Subject to Department of Education Funding Approval..
