Provision of language courses

Description

The contract applies to learning Norwegian on various levels as well as social studies for newly arrived refugees and refugees who have been in Norway for a longer period. The tender must be divided into 3 services: 1) Training for refugees with the right and obligation to learn Norwegian; 2) Training for those who are participants in an introductory programme; 3) Primary and lower secondary schooling.
