Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) was established in 2007 responsible for managing the housing stock (7,516 homes) on behalf of North East Derbyshire District Council. Today we are much more and as the Council's Housing Services provider we manage, maintain and improve the housing stock and support the customers who live in them. We want to provide more and better housing for the customers we serve. RHL is a registered provider with Homes England and has 132 properties for rent with and 8 shared ownership properties. Scope of requirements and contract length The External Auditors will be required to perform the necessary audit work to enable them to express an audit opinion on RHL's annual Financial Statements. In addition, undertake works and submit the Corporation Tax return on behalf of RHL. The contract length will be three years with an option to extend annually for a maximum of five years (3+1+1). The contract will commence in October 2023 in order to give the successful Company time to prepare for the 2023/24 audit of the financial statements. The tender will be assessed on your price and quality submission and a weighting of 60:40 will be applied respectively.
