Framework agreement for bridge and multi-plate scales

Description

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration shall enter into parallel framework agreements for delivery and assembly of bridge and multi-plate scales where we have a need for new scales. All who fulfil the qualification requirements will be awarded a framework agreement. The call-off mechanism will be mini competitions for each call-off. Please note that as we already know we need a new scale at Taraldrud Control Station, a competition for this has already been announced as the first call-off on the framework agreement. It is not a requirement to deliver tenders for supply of the scale to Taraldrud in order to qualify for the framework agreement, but tenderers who submit tenders to supply the scale to Taraldrud must quality for a framework agreement. Lot 1: Framework agreement - qualification In the future, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration will need replacement and possibly new installations of bridge and multi-plate scales for inspection weighing of heavy vehicles. Tenderers who are qualified for the framework agreement will be invited to participate in mini competitions for each scale. The maximum procurements against the framework agreement is NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT. Ground works are not included in this. Lot 3: Taraldrud Control Station wants to change it’s scale to a multi-plate scale. The assignment concerns disassembly of the existing scale, delivery, assembly/installation and inspection of the new multi-plate scale. The ground works are not included in this contract, as the contracting authority organises this themselves, but the tenderer must assist us and the contractor by preparing the ground correctly for the selected scale.
