++ Only Jersey Based and Operating Organisations may submit EOI ++ In April 2022 the Government of Jersey approved the Carbon Neutral Roadmap which included the Low Carbon Heating Incentive grant scheme aimed at encouraging Jersey homeowners and businesses to switch from fossil fuel heating to low carbon alternatives. The administration of this scheme is due for renewal and we are seeking expressions of interest from suitable on island ( Jersey) organisations who would wish to be considered to tender for the service of Scheme Administrator.
