Description

The Combined Authority is seeking technical advisory services to help us to develop designs and install a new fit for purpose roof system at Leeds City Bus Station. The appointed contractor will be required to complete RIBA 2-4 design related elements in line with the 2020 RIBA Plan of Work. The contractor is also responsible for supporting the Combined Authority in achieving Outline Business Case approval. This briefing detail the deliverables required for the new roof at Leeds City Bus Station. The contractor is required to describe how each of these work streams will be delivered and price the work accordingly. The contractor is required to confirm the team to be used in delivery and provide an associated rate card, as well as providing an indicative programme for delivery.
