Glazing work

Description

The contracting authority has entered into a framework agreement for the purchase of glass, glazier services and facade elements. A comprehensive description of the contract is given in the annexes to the tender documentation. The contract will be used for the management and operation of the contracting authority's existing buildings. The contract will consist of the delivery and repair/replacement of glass/panes and accompanying facade elements in aluminium, the delivery and assembly of facade doors, security assignments with requirements to response time and 24 hour duty, the delivery and assembly of sun films, as well as the delivery and assembly of frosted film on internal glass/windows in meeting rooms, offices, etc. Replacement work can, in some cases, be carried out by the contracting authority's own skilled workers, the delivery will then only include the actual delivery of the products. A framework agreement will be signed with 1 tenderer. The Building and Property Department will be the largest user of the contract. All the contracting authority's entities must be able to use the contract. Tenderers must be able to deliver to all of the contracting authority's addresses/entities.
