Levanger Municipality intends to enter into a contract with Joint Action Analytics for use of their mapping tool, e-learning platform and management support for 3 years. This tool is used to map the degree of relational capacity, which is a work method to improve work on coordination across fields. This tool is used to map the degree of relational capacity, which is a work method to improve work on coordination across fields. The contracting authority refers to Trondheim Municipality's surveys in 2019 through, amongst other things, the university-municipality cooperation, national and international networks to see if there is an equivalent tool, none was found. In autumn 2021 the contracting authority examined, via Digdir and DFØ, whether there are equivalent actors in the market. Digdir referred to the Norwegian School of Management's (BI) professional environment in this field. BI is not aware of other environments that Joint Action that have developed an equivalent tool to map relational capacity. If the contracting authority does not receive any objections to the contract being signed, the contract will be signed after the deadline has expired.
