Description

ERP-system for processing paid fines. The procurement includes adaptation, implementation, and administration of a new cloud-based system (SaaS) for ledger controlling, accounting, and the collection of fees and control sanctions. The system will replace the current system and will be used by the Collection Agency's collection department. The system will be based on a standard ERP system with adaptations for the different demands that the Collection Agency processes on behalf of the Agency for Urban Environment. There are currently parking fines, control sanctions, environmental fees, additional fees for using studded tyres, and removal costs. Lot 1: ERP-system for processing paid fines.
