Description

The contract must over the contracting authority's requirement for licences and maintenance of software as well as consultancy services for the current and future licences in accordance with defined categories stated in Annex 1. The contract includes access to complementing user rights for software licences and maintenance of software delivered from licensees for the listed categories. Support services are also included, to the degree that they are encompassed in the rightful owner’s or the supplier's offered software maintenance service. The contract must also meet the contracting authority's future requirements for licences and related software maintenance service and services related to other software that are included in the functional areas for the given categories.
