London Luton Airport (LLA) is seeking to appoint a supplier for the supply, installation and commissioning of baggage reclaim belts to meet the future requirements and demands of LLA which is seeing an increase year on year with the number of passengers. The equipment is to be fully operational by August 2018. A 12 month manufacturers warranty on the equipment will be required. This project is to coincide with the design and build of new domestic and international arrivals areas which is being procured (non-OJEU) under tender reference L17118-T-RC. Prospective suppliers must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of providing arrivals baggage reclaim systems within European and / or International passenger airports. Evidence of the applicant's capabilities and previous experience with supplying and installing the equipment will need to be adequately demonstrated within their tender.
