Description

The proposed works involve the construction of a new Victims Centre/Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC). The proposed new building (totaling 815m2) will provide a range of therapeutic, medical, forensic and staff facilities. This will be provided across two blocks of accommodation (one single storey and one double storey, connected at the ground floor), of traditional construction, each with pitched and link flat roofs. The new building comprises rendered ground floor elevations, with vertical boarding to the first-floor elements and standing seam zinc roofing. External works include the formation of a new vehicular entrance; soft and hard landscape works and the provision of car parking. Keywords: Construction
