Underlay Connectivity Services : Underlay Connectivity Services provide the carrier-based transport and access infrastructure that underpins Anglian Water's network estate. These services enable connectivity between sites, users, cloud platforms and operational environments, supporting the reliable delivery of business and operational services across both IT and OT domains. Solutions should be capable of meeting evolving capacity, resilience and performance requirements over the term of the contract. Including but not limited to: . Private WAN Connectivity Services . Internet Connectivity Services . Corporate Mobile Connectivity Services . Cloud Connectivity Services . Satellite Connectivity Services . Voice Connectivity Services OT Mobile Connectivity Services : OT Mobile Connectivity Services provide the managed cellular connectivity required to support Anglian Water's Operational Technology estate. Services are expected to provide secure connectivity for operational assets through common private connectivity services, flexible network access arrangements and centralised management capabilities that support the full lifecycle of deployed SIMs and connected assets. Including but not limited to: . OT Mobile Connectivity Services (Multi-Network) . Private Connectivity Services (Private APN or equivalent) . Connectivity Management Services . SIM Lifecycle Management Services Co-Managed Network Services : Co-Managed Network Platform Services provide the operational, engineering and lifecycle support required to maintain, operate and evolve Anglian Water's network estate and associated network platforms. The service is intended to operate as a collaborative delivery model, combining supplier capabilities with retained internal ownership of strategy, architecture, governance and service management. The scope may include the management of network infrastructure, network platforms, cloud-delivered network services, operational tooling, deployments, maintenance activities and service delivery processes across both IT and Operational Technology environments. Including but not limited to: . Network Monitoring and Event Management . Incident Investigation and Service Restoration . Change Implementation and Operational Support . Network Infrastructure Administration . Network Platform Administration . Service Reporting and Governance Support . Hardware Maintenance and Break-Fix Services .
