The MOD seeks to procure an electronic tool for the purposes of enabling Defence to process compensation claims, through leveraging of Primary Health Care Records. The requirement to improve the efficiency of Armed Forces and `Veterans Services (AFVS) in support of obtaining Primary Health Care Records (PHCRs) for DBS’ customers applying for compensation under the War Pension Scheme (WPS) or Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS).
