Description

Development Agreement (Services Agreement) for purposes of delivery of overall masterplan with SBCC Design & Build Contract being entered into for the purposes of the delivery of the affordable housing element of the Project. Construction of circa 300 no. affordable homes and associated infrastructure, public realm etc. Construction of circa 300 no. affordable homes and associated infrastructure, public realm etc. QCHA has entered into a standard SBCC D&B contract form with the appointed developer/contractor for the delivery of these units. The D&B contract arrangement will sit below a development agreement. The affordable housing element would be delivered via four phases together with all associated site preparation and public infrastructure works.
