The municipality wants to enter into an agreement with a service provider who can deliver united and quality assured operation of ICT services. The objective of the procurement is to continue and safeguard a future oriented platform for secure and stable operation of Lyngdal and Audnedal’s municipal services. Lyngdal and Audnedal municipalities have undertaken to merge from 1.1.2020. The operational platform shall be a foundation where the existing and future IT systems shall be established, operated and managed in an innovative and creative manner. Digitising and automation is an important part of this. Furthermore, efficient collaboration between Nye Lyngdal kommune and the service provider shall secure rational and resource efficient operation of the ICT services. The plan is to have transparency and access to information in deliveries from the service provider, so that the municipality can obtain information about the state of the infrastructure and IT systems.
