Supply, Delivery, Installation & Maintenance of Smart Parcel Lockers (2027-30)

Description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) relates to a project to establish a Contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation & Maintenance of Smart Parcel Lockers (UOS-45048-2026). Lot 1: The University of Strathclyde, ("the University") is seeking to establish a contract to support the delivery of activities outlined below. This Contract will include, however, will not be limited to: - supply, delivery, installation & maintenance of external smart parcel lockers for the student residences: - the proposed locker system must be able to support a high volume of parcel with the ability to hold, at minimum, 95 parcels at one time: - provision of an annual maintenance programme to ensure system is kept up to date: - having an awareness of software updates, and being in a position to update software versions during maintenance visits: - provision of a customer helpdesk: - ensuring successful implementation and operation of the parcel locker solution by liasing with courier companies, where applicable: - providing a 24-hour call out service; and - the ability to generate reports to track metrics such as locker availability, locker usage, 'stale packages', and asset management..
