Description

St Leger Homes of Doncaster Ltd require the Provision of Energy Performance Certificate Surveys Service to be carried out across all areas throughout the Doncaster borough. The provider will need to complete both domestic and commercial EPC surveys on an "as required" basis and in accordance with the latest Government guidelines as found in Energy Performance of buildings (England and Wales) regulations of 2012. The successful supplier will need to provide evidence that they are DEA and NDEA accredited.
