City of Glasgow College is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance services for catering equipment across the College’s estate. Lot 1: City of Glasgow College is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance services for catering equipment across the College’s estate. Pre-Planned Maintenance A single contractor to provide planned preventative maintenance (PPM), annual servicing and associated inspection and testing of the college’s catering equipment. Reactive Maintenance The College requires the Contractor to provide a reactive maintenance and repair service for catering and kitchen equipment within the agreed Contract scope where equipment has failed, is not operating correctly, is damaged or requires remedial work.
