Description
The competition concerns a Framework Agreement for the delivery of contractor services and winter maintenance. The Contracting Authority will enter into a parallel Framework Agreement with tenderers who perform excavation, hire of machinery and equipment, transportation of masses and winter maintenance (snow clearing and gritting) of municipal roads. A contract will be entered into with up to eight (8) contracts for contractor services and up to 18 (18) contracts for winter maintenance. The contractor can submit tender offers for multiple routes. The Contracting Authority retains the right that the award of contracts for the individual routes is dependent on budget coverage. The value of the procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding. For further information refer to Part 2, Requirement Specification.
