Special-purpose road passenger-transport services

Description

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who are seeking to establish a contract for the Transport of Dental Students from the Dental Hospital on the University Hospital of Wales site in Cardiff to the Cynon Valley PCDU in Mountain Ash. A 24 seater coach is required and bidder's must: — Be CHAS certified — Contractors Health and Safety; — Be a member of the Confederation of Passenger Transport; — Evidence that all drivers have an up to date DBS check; — Provide details of where three references can be obtained for similar service contracts; — Ensure the coach provided is always of suitable size to ensure all students can be transported; — Ensure the vehicle provided is of an acceptable standard of cleanliness.
