Measuring instruments

Description

The contracting authority needs instrumentation for the new laboratory at Austevoll that can carry out the following tasks: Optical measuring of oxygen in seawater (12 channels) Optical measuring of pH in seawater (12 channels) Congruent and integrated measuring of temperature in seawater. The products must fulfil the following requirements: 1) The system must be able to optically measure oxygen and pH in seawater; 2) The system must have the highest possible degree of configuring and managing data from/to PCs; 3) Must be possible to calibrate pH directly on pH scale; 4) Must be able to calibrate pH within an area (span width) and salinity sensitivity that is low enough to be used in seawater; 5) Tenderers must be able to document the instrument properties; 6) The instruments must be able to be integrated in our laboratory set-up. In order to cover our need we have planned to procure the following: 1) FireSting-PRO (4 channels), fiber-optical multi-analyte meter for optical sensors, incl. USB-cable, software (Windows), calibration capsules (OXCAL, PHCAL4, PHCAL10) and transport case 3 pcs; 2) FireSting-PRO (4 channels), fiber-optical multi-analyte meter for optical sensors, incl. USB-cable, software (Windows), calibration capsules (OXCAL, PHCAL4, PHCAL10), and transport case 3 pcs; 3) Optical pH Mini Probe with pH range 7-9 (Total Scale), stainless steel tip Ø3 mm and 100 mm in length, with optical isolation, approx. 2m cable length, with Underwater Connector 12 pcs; 4) Robust oxygen probe, stainless steel tip Ø3 mm and 100 mm in length, with optical isolation, approx. 2 m cable length 24 pcs 5) Temperature Sensor for FireSting, Teflon-coated and submersible, not shielded.
