The contract value for the maximum potential contract term of 5 years is split by each individual awarded provider as follows: — Farnham Integrated Care Services Limited; 1 375 000 GBP, — Oakley Health Group; 220 000 GBP, — North Hampshire Urgent Care; 750 000 GBP, — Salus Medical Services Ltd; 4 115 000 GBP Total value: 6 460 000 GBP.
