Scope of Services Includes: Grease Traps: Monthly inspections and cleaning to maintain capacity and compliance. Rainwater Downpipes & Amp; Gutters: Biannual cleaning, securing, and reporting on repairs and finishes. Slot Drains: Quarterly cleaning and inspections, with additional autumn maintenance for seasonal debris. Downpipe Gullies: Biannual maintenance to ensure unobstructed water flow and address seasonal leaf fall. Rainwater Outlets & Hoppers: Biannual inspections, cleaning, and reporting on remedial actions.
