Kristiansund Municipality intends to enter into a contract for consultancy in connection with a preliminary project for a car park in rock and a residential zone car park. The purpose of the preliminary project is to assess whether the measure is physically possible, economically feasible and socially desirable. The preliminary project will deliver drawings and analyses of geological conditions, market data, technical solutions, calculations and social impacts of the measure that will serve as a basis for decision-making at the political level, as well as a basis for entering into an agreement on financing and a possible turnkey contract for implementation. There is a need for consultancy in geological engineering, construction, electrical, fire, roads, ventilation, financing, social economics, etc. See the attached assignment description for a fuller description of the scope of the assignment.
