Description: Construction of an Outdoor Gym Area and construction of amenity walkway / picnic area within IDA Business and Technology Park, Finnabair, Dundalk, Co. Louth. The project aims to enhance the provision of ecological areas, planting areas, provide outdoor gym facilities and seating / break out spaces for the Business Park users. The site works area refers to two parcels within IDA Business and Technology Park, Finnabair, Dundalk, Co. Louth, proposals for parcel one (referred to as OG site in the drawing naming) comprise of an outdoor gym area, equipped with outdoor gym equipment, benches, picnic tables, surrounded by shrub planting and multi-stem tree planting; parcel two (referred to as BE site in the drawing naming) comprises on an amenity walkway with seating areas, benches, picnic tables, insect hotels and wildflower and woodland planting. Parcel one is located in the southwestern part of the business park and parcel two is located along northern and northwestern boundary.
