Snow-clearing services

Description

Ringsaker Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for winter maintenance at Prøysenhuset (the Prøysen House). The purpose is to maintain accessibility and safety in the area in the winter half of the year. Snow clearing/gritting will be implemented as needed, 7 days a week. The winter maintenance will consist of snow clearing and gritting. For some parts of the area, snow clearing must take place manually or with the help of snow blowers. There are also areas that requirement manual gritting. Suppliers themselves must have suitable equipment/tools/materials adapted to the assignment. The number of snow clearing and gritting assignments will vary each winter season depending on downfall and temperature. The contract will be valid for 1 year from 1 September 2020. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year at a time, so that the contract can have a maximum duration of 4 years.
