Description

Oslo kommune v/ Renovasjons og Gjenvinningsetaten [Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Renovation and Recycling, has a need for a framework agreement for the delivery of catonic polymers at Romerike Biogas Plant. The purpose of the procurement is to cover Romerike Biogassanlegg’s (RBA) need for polymers. Polymer is used for de-watering of bio-fertiliser in the winter half year and is essential for production. The contracting authority wants tenders for catonic polymers delivered din bulk to the facility. In order for the tender to be specified, tenderers must abide by the requirements that the contracting authority has in their requirement specification (Annex 1: Requirement Specification).
