The county council's joint administration (hereinafter referred to as FMFA) invites on behalf of the County Governor of Agder (hereinafter referred to as the Client) competition for the purchase of complete desks, desk screens, office furniture and fixtures. The procurement is divided into two subcontracts. The Supplier may tender for one or both subcontracts: Subcontract A: complete work desk with noise-reducing table screen; and Subcontract B: office furniture and loose furniture. The county governor in Agder who will move into the new office space in Fløyheia 14, Arendal. The new building has approx. 220 jobs spread over seven floors with reception on one and canteen on fourth floor. It is planned that the building should be ready for take-over on 1 December 2020. Delivery and installation of office furniture and fixtures will take place in the period 1 December 2020-17 December 2020.
