Description

The Contract is for the provision of a Building, Mechanical and Electrical Measured Term Contract Works and Services across the PSNI Estate. The Contract will be divided into four Lots. A map delineating the split in the Areas and the sites contained within is to be found in the Affected Property Document that forms part of this tender package. The lots are as follows: The Contract will operate in two distinct parts. Part A A single Supplier will be appointed to provide the works and services exclusively to each Lot area. In special circumstances (decided upon by the Contracting Authority) the Supplier from either Lot Area may be asked to provide the service within the other Lot Area. Minor Works (Up to £500k) Lots 1 to 4 Part B Major Works (Over £500k and up to £1m) PSNI Estate Wide The successful Economic Operators for Lots 1 to 4 will be used to establish a Framework for the provision of Major Works (Over £500k and up to £1m) across the PSNI Estate. However, in exceptional requirements the successful applicant may be asked to deliver works over the threshold of £1m.
