The LBLA (London Boroughs of Barnet, Bexley, Brent, Bromley, Camden, Ealing, Enfield, Greenwich, Hackney, Hammersmith & Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, Newham, Redbridge, Waltham Forest and Westminster, London Fire Brigade.) is procuring a new Framework Agreement to provide LBLA members continued access to a panel of expert and experienced legal advisers for specialist advocacy and related legal services. The proposed Framework Agreement has been divided into the following distinct areas: • Lot 1 - Adult Social Services • Lot 2 - Children's Services • Lot 3 - Governance & Public Law • Lot 4 - Criminal Litigation & Prosecutions • Lot 5 - Housing • Lot 6 - Planning • Lot 7 - Property • Lot 8 - Civil Litigation The annual expenditure is of a circa of 11.6 Million, total contract value range of 31 Million to 45 Million.
