Facilitation and Note Taking Services for the Citizens' Assemblies

This public procurement competition relates to the supply of Facilitation and Note-Taking Services for the Citizens’ Assemblies to the Department of the Taoiseach. This entails the provision of a team of skilled and experienced Facilitators and the provision of a team of skilled and experienced Note-Takers for the various sessions over the course of the Citizen Assemblies’ meetings. Two topics have been proposed for consideration by Citizens' Assemblies – (i) gender equality and (ii) the best model of local government for Dublin and, in particular, the issue of a directly elected mayor and his/her powers. It is expected that the Assembly will spend roughly 6 months on each topic, involving up to Four weekend meetings.
