The Education Procurement Service (EPS) on behalf of University of Galway (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of Comprehensive Biological Evaluation Services. ELR-SCAR is an EU-funded research project working to complete preclinical validation of a novel intervention to prevent scar tissue formation in patients who have experienced a heart attack. For further development of the ELR hydrogel, a comprehensive biological evaluation is required.
