We are inviting proposals for a tailored development programme for our SMT with a focus on leadership and establishing a coaching culture and equipping the team with the skills required to be cascaded throughout the organisation in order to promote, and embed, this culture. The programme is intended both to develop each individual, and also to build confidence and capacity in the senior team to lead the organisation at a strategic level.
