Measured Term Contract for Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Reactive Repairs to Fire Dampers

Description

The overall objective of this Contract is to engage a suitably experienced contractor to inspect, test, maintain and carry out reactive repairs to Fire damper 2026-2031 for the Facilities management. This is a new requirement and it involves planned and reactive maintenance to the fire dampers within various properties council wide. The Works are: - Inspection testing, verification, reporting and remedial works of the complete (100%) Fire Damper installation within the detailed property list, years 1 to 5 as defined under BS 9999 - Provide a detailed Inspection & Test report, formatted as agreed with the Contract Administrator, detailing all findings and a ,categorised repair analysis, year 1 to5, - Provision of reactive maintenance for each individual systems/properties as detailed within contract Schedule of Rates for a duration of 5years Lot 1: This Tender Procedure shall be conducted in accordance with an below Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) Threshold Open Tender Procedure relating to a works Contract.
