FLS has a requirement to place a contract with an external supplier for the provision of Avant Skid Steer Loader Lot 1: FLS is seeking to appoint a Supplier for the Supply and Delivery of Avant Skid Steer Loader. This requirement followed a direct award call off from Lot 9 of the Scotland Excel 1522 Grounds and Plant Equipment Framework procedure in line with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.. Scotland Excel act on behalf of Forestry and Land Scotland in managing this procurement exercise but will not be a party to the contract or its ongoing management.
