Polythene waste and refuse sacks and bags

Description

Supply of kerbside recycling bags for Somerset waste partnership recycle more contract. Purchase of new additional reusable sacks to accommodate the increased recycling SWP will be collecting as part of the new waste collection contract. This is a commonly used container and we will need over the 20/22 roll out of the new service approx. 250 000 of these bags. The phased roll out will be done in chunks of approx. 60 000 households; June, September 2020, June, Sept 2021 and a smaller wrap up in February 2022.
