The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a panel of suitably qualified operating companies who will provide bus transport for trips/outings for schools and centres across Carlow and Kilkenny under the remit of KCETB. These journeys will include, but not limited to, class trips, field trips, competitions, sporting events, etc. The duration of the panel will be ten (10) years, subject to satisfactory annual review of performance by the Contracting Authority, business needs and budgetary constraints. Companies that wish to be considered for inclusion on the panel will need to return all documentation as per the tender documents. Submissions will be accepted via the etenders portal, by email as per tender documents or by hand to the KCETB Office, Seville Lodge, Callan Road, Kilkenny, R95AVX2
