Provision of Podiatry AQP COVID Recovery service. Patients contacted prior to referral and discharged to private provider for Physiotherapy treatment Lot 1: Provision of Podiatry AQP COVID Recovery service. Patients contacted prior to referral and discharged to private provider for Physiotherapy treatment. The provider will treat and<br/>discharge as appropriate. Provider will write outcome letter to GP and re refer to BHFT Podiatry if necessary. Treatment will be provided across two sites: -Maidenhead Podiatry and<br/>Chiropractic Clinic and Theale Wellbeing Centre. The trust intend to award the contract to an<br/>existing provider under Direct Award process C of the Provider Selection Regime. The value<br/>of the contract is £30,000.00 ex VAT (Maidenhead Podiatry and Chiropractic Clinic<br/>£21,000.00 and Theale Wellbeing Centre £9,000.00 The service will be provided 01/04/2025 - 31/03/2026.
