Description

Create Partnership Trust requires a contractor to undertake the ICT managed service in accordance with good practice so as to provide a high service standard throughout the Trust schools for the benefit of school staff and pupils, the local community and any visitors to the site. Service provision to include on-site staff and remote Helpdesk support. Complete information regarding the service requirement of the Trust can be found in the statement of requirements within the tender documentation. All four Trust schools are primary and are located in Birmingham. The Trust presently outsources the service and TUPE will apply. Create Partnership Trust are currently out to tender for the provision of an ICT Managed Service provision. The contract is being offered for 3 years with the option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 1 January 2021. The Trust requires a contractor to undertake the ICT Managed Service in accordance with good practice to provide a high service standard. The requirements are: • the management of ICT infrastructure including server hardware and software; • the provision of support and maintenance services; • the provision of change management services including installations, moves, additions, deletions; • the provision of strategic development, consultancy support and other professional services; • contract and service management TUPE is expected to apply, details of which can be found in the tender documentation.
