Southend-on-Sea City Council (SCC) seeks to engage the market through this Pre-Tender Market Engagement (PTME) exercise in preparation for the potential procurement of a single supplier for the servicing, maintenance, installations and responsive repairs to air conditioning and ventilation equipment within Public Buildings and delegated properties (i.e. schools) in the City of Southend-on-Sea. The selected supplier will be commissioned to replace, service, maintain and carry out responsive repairs to existing air conditioning and ventilation equipment and includes planned service schedules and schedule of rates for repairs and new works.
