Description

The contracting authority requests tenders for the delivery of a mobile star separator that will be used for the contracting authority's production of soil at Støleheia Waste Facility. The separator must be able to sort into three fractions and it must have the capacity to handle minimum 200 m3 an hour. In addition, option prices must be quoted for the assembly of an air separator for the middle fraction, a raised wall connected to feeding the separator and part exchange of a used L3 star separator. The raw products that will pass through the separator will be mixed and will consist of sand, sludge/bio, boggy soil and crushed stones 0-6 mm. The main production will be 0-10 mm earth mixture. The matter that is to be separated can be wet and sticky at times, depending on the weather and temperature when the soil is produced. See the tender documentation and annexes for more information.
