UiT Norges arktiske universitet (the Arctic University of Norway) hereby announces that they will enter into a contract for the purchase of a Piper Malibu Matrix PA-46 in order to compliment our aeroplane fleet for IFR flying at UTSA. See the attached justification for further information about the award of contract. A Piper Malibu Matrix plane was procured in 2020, and for educational reasons it is necessary to purchase an identical plane. UiT wants to purchase a used plane. The contracting authority is not aware of any other supplier who can off this product within the given requirements.
