Replacement of components in operational control system. Åmot kommune intends to enter into an agreement with ControlPartner. The value of this procurement is up to 500 000 NOK. Åmot kommune currently has a partially ageing operational control system for water and sewage, parts of the system are from early in the 90s and the remainder is from an upgrade in 2010-2011. The systems are becoming ‘worn’ and there is a number of operational stoppages. Components must be replaced in a number of the systems and for some, larger parts must be replaced. In 2016, a service agreement was entered into for a central operational control system for water and sewage with ControlPartner. Control Partner has the licences and software for the systems. The competition is being released as a prior information notice in accordance with the procurement regulation § 5-2 fist paragraph, letter b, ‘the contracting authority can only engage a specific supplier in the market’. In this case, the exception named above may be used as a service agreement has already been entered into with a supplier and only components of an existing system shall be replaced. There are no other suppliers for the system. The deadline for appeals to this notice is 18.6.2018, 12:00.
