Plumbing services and associated materials

Description

Stavanger municipality invites, on behalf of Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola and Randaberg municipalities, as well as Sandnes and Sola church joint council, tenderers to a tender contest for a framework agreement for the delivery of plumbing services and associated materials. Lot 1: The framework agreement is for plumbing services with the accompanying materials for the maintenance and renovation of municipal buildings, sites and residences. The framework agreement also includes the procurement of plumbing material for work that the municipalities will carry out themselves. The buildings consist of i.a administration buildings, schools, nurseries, residential and activity centres, nursing and old peoples´ homes, swimming pools and sports centres, flats, office buildings, arts centres, municipal rental properties, health stations, etc. The tenderer must, at the request of the contracting authority, provide engineering services such as consultancy and engineering for all areas covered by the agreement, including water treatment, environmental, sustainable energy supply and renewable energy. The tenderer must take on the roles of main contractor and/or main company, general contractor or general subcontractor with responsibility for subcontractors as needed. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with up to three tenderers in prioritised order, provided that there are three suitable tenderers. After the tenderers are chosen, the Contracting Authority will enter into separate contracts with each individual tenderer. All municipal units and businesses can enter the agreement.
