Description

NILGOSC wish to procure the services of an external Job Evaluation provider to: A. Conduct a full (interview based) organisation-wide Job Evaluation exercise using the Greater London Provincial Council (GLPC) scheme, and carry out a review of its pay and grading structure. B. Undertake ad hoc job evaluations that may arise throughout the contract period. C. NILGOSC also require a Supplier to sit as an independent chair on any job evaluation appeals panels that may be required throughout the contract period. This Contract will be awarded on a ranked basis. The first ranked Supplier must fulfil requirements A and B and the second ranked Supplier must fulfil requirement C as detailed in the Specification document. Suppliers should refer to the Specification Schedule for full detail on the deliverables of this contract. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend by a further period of up to 12 months.
